For every minute you are angry you lose sixty seconds of happiness

I usually don`t use many words, just because i don`t feel comfortable to find the right words in a foreign language. Today was a day when i was thinking a lot in english to write a notecard. The good thing was, the more i thought about the situation the less angry i was. So i decided to keep beeing quiet and sent a business-like notecard and hope that my words found a way to the ear/head/heart of the person.
